Overview
The AutoPlay integration automatically syncs your vehicle inventory to Vaile, enabling your AI assistant to provide accurate, real-time information about available vehicles.Setup
Navigate to Integrations → Inventory in your dashboard to configure AutoPlay.1. Enable Integration
Toggle the AutoPlay Integration switch to enable inventory syncing.2. Configure Credentials
Click Configure and enter your AutoPlay credentials:- API URL: Your AutoPlay API endpoint
- API Key: Your AutoPlay API authentication key
Your API key is stored securely and encrypted. It will never be displayed after saving.
3. Run Initial Sync
After saving credentials, click Full Re-sync to perform the initial inventory import.Sync Types
Incremental Sync (Delta)
Syncs only changes since the last update:- New vehicles added
- Updated vehicle information
- Vehicles marked as sold/removed
Full Sync
Re-imports your entire inventory from scratch:- Refreshes all vehicle data
- Ensures complete accuracy
- Rebuilds the entire inventory database
- Initial setup
- Resolving data inconsistencies
- After major inventory changes
Automatic Syncing
Once enabled, Vaile automatically syncs your inventory:- 2:00 AM - Early morning sync
- 2:00 PM - Afternoon sync
Manual Sync
You can trigger a sync manually at any time:- Sync Now - Run an incremental sync
- Full Re-sync - Re-import entire inventory
Sync Status
Monitor your sync progress in real-time:- Running - Sync in progress with live vehicle count
- Completed - Shows new, updated, and deleted vehicles
- Failed - Displays error message

Once inventory is synced, your AI assistant can:- Answer questions about available vehicles
