- Ask a few business questions:

- “Can I schedule a test drive?”
- Responses are accurate based on your AI Playbook settings
- Tone matches your brand
- Information is correct (hours, inventory, services)
3. Lead Capture Test
Test the lead capture flow:- Express interest in a vehicle
- Provide test information when prompted:
- Name: “Test Customer”

- Complete the conversation
4. Dashboard Verification
